Global road procurement means dealing with language barriers.
In our software, every user can be set to their preferred language. This drives what they see in the site and also the language used in notifications. A procurement user may be working in Dutch, with carriers seeing their side of the transaction in German, Spanish, Hungarian, Czech, Polish, or Swedish.
Multi-language touch points are an example of how we try to make the experience as smooth as possible for all users, reducing the friction of having to learn a new tool. The simplest way to make software usable is to put it in the user's language.
